As a Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Certified Life Coach, Iβm here to guide women as they release stuck emotions, cultivate self-awareness, and improve their physical and emotional well-being. This powerful healing practice empowers you to receive, release, relax, and thrive.

In these personalized sessions, weβll use conscious connected breath to help you release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and clear stagnant energy that may be keeping you stuck. As we journey with the medicine that is your breath you could potentially enter a heightened state of awareness, allowing you to process unresolved emotions and gain clarity on things otherwise unseen. Every Breathwork session is geared towards the clientβs individual needs and approached with love and co-creative curiosity.
